Our Story
Let us introduce ourselves. We are Gabi and Gabbie.
We have been working together for years now, running The Clarity co, a successful eco-friendly cleaning business on the south coast of NSW. We specialise in holiday rental cleaning and have been lovingly taking care of our customers houses.
Over the years, we have built a strong relationship with the owners of our holiday houses and are proud to have been directly involved in making sure the houses are maintained to the highest levels of cleanliness, and sparkling for guests arrival.

why are we called late checkout?
We have thought of every element that will ensure you have happy guests. That includes the ability for guests to check out of your property late or into your property early. That extra hour or two that allows guests to time their departure and arrival with ease and convenience. No longer the need to kill a couple of hours waiting to check in or having to check out before your guests are ready. A request we have found to be quite common and one we now aim to accommodate.

I am originally from the UK but moved over to Australia 8 years ago. I have been successfully running The Clarity co for over 6 years. We have built some amazing relationships with the local community and cannot wait to continue to do so. Using the experience Gabbie and I have gained in our working life we cannot wait to bring some modern managers to your doorstep.

Originally from Quebec, Canada. I have travelled around the world and stayed in many holiday homes. During my long term working relationship with Clarity Co, I have honed my holiday rental management skills. I know the ins and outs of the business and have a detailed knowledge of what works and what doesn’t. The key is in the details and I have an eye for them.
